Healthcare Information
Quality Engineering pays for the cost of healthcare for its employees and their families. Quality Engineering uses Aetna U.S. Healthcare as their provider.

Dental Insurance
Quality Engineering pays for the cost of dental coverage for its employees and their family. Quality Engineering uses DenteMax as their provider.

Life Insurance
Quality Engineering provides a life insurance policy of $15,000 to each employee.

Paid Vacations
QEC salaried employees are entitled to a paid vacation after having worked for one year. QEC hourly employees are entitled to paid vacation after having worked 2,000 hours. The length of the vacation is two (2) weeks (10 working days, 80 hours).

Paid Holidays
QEC employees are entitled to six (6) paid holidays during the year, after they have worked for QEC for 90 days. Those holidays are: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

QEC 401k Profit Sharing Plan & Trust
All QEC employees are entitled to participate in the "Quality Engineering Company 401k Profit Sharing Plan & Trust." In this plan, employees can contribute, before tax dollars, towards his/her retirement and QEC will match 50 cents on the dollar up to 6% of the employer's income.
